Magnolia 'Honey Tulip'. Small, upright, deciduous tree, flowering in early spring with goblet shaped, pale golden yellow flowers, 10-15 cm wide. Begins to flower on bare wood, just prior to the emergence of the new foliage. Dark green leaves to 15 cm long. Bred in New Zealand (a Jury hybrid). The first yellow Magnolia with goblet-shaped flowers.

The Magnolia 'Honey Tulip' is a deciduous tree. This variety has large green leaves and large golden flowers. These large flowers are goblet-shaped, and they appear on the stems in Spring. The Magnolia 'Honey Tulip' has an upright habit; this variety is hardy and will thrive in most soil types. The Magnolia 'Honey Tulip' is best.
