Broke inside the block when I tried taking it out so I pulled the axle, steering rack and oil pan off and pounded it into the block and changed it, fixed the problem.

To confirm- the crak shift mark should be on zero which is Crank Shift Center- THe camshift sproket should align with the headmark. Make sure both marks don't move.
