I picked up both the strike plan and Adam's book after the guys talked about it on the podcast. The book is very informative, but it's not an easy read by any means. It reads like a textbook and the first 1/2 of the book is dedicated to general learning concepts. The 2nd half talks more about golf and specific practice ideas.
