Ingredients Chicken - I ground chicken breasts myself (I will explain below), but you can also buy ground chicken. Chili sauce Garlic Salt and Pepper Pineapple - I used fresh, but you can also use canned if you prefer. Teriyaki Sauce - This is the recipe I used, which I highly recommend. You can also buy it if you have a brand you like.

Preheat the grill to medium heat (to around 375/400°F). Make the burger mixture. In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, garlic, fresh ginger, mayonnaise, ¼ cup teriyaki sauce, green onion and cilantro. Work the mixture with your hands until well combined. Divide the mixture into 6-8 burgers.

Keep it simple! Don't add egg to chicken patties. Salt, pepper, cilantro or another herb, and some oil (sesame oil for flavor), that's it. If you're using a sauce like the teriyaki sauce in this recipe, brush it on after the burgers have started cooking rather than mixing it into the meat.
