Total Wine does not give mixed case discount on liquor. Spec's does. Spec's are hit and miss on wine depending on location. They have a lot of smaller stores around DFW that were old Centennial locations. Most of those focus on liquor and beer. For wine I go to Beverage Depot in FW or Goody Goody in Dallas. Usually find good liquor deals there.

Total wine is my favorite, for price and selection. I prefer Total Wine if not going local. Twin is pretty good and my go to local chain.

Typically, Specs and Total Wine will be the lowest prices for liquor, outside of any clearance or sale. If you're near a Twin Liquor, twice a year they have a sale that's a few dollars cheaper than either. Depending on what you're buying, might be worth keeping tabs on your local stores, they might be a dollar cheaper on vodka but $10 over on.
