Instructions. In a large mixing bowl combine, coleslaw and diced green onions . Stir until scallions are incorporated into coleslaw mix. In a small mixing bowl combine, light mayo, non fat plain or Greek yogurt, salad dressing, sugar substitute, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until all ingredients have been well combined.

Prepare and chop veggies. Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, golden raisins, and mint to an extra large bowl. Stir to combine.
