The building is said to be the oldest house in Glasgow. It is set over several stories, accessed via spiral staircases. You start at the top of the house and work downwards. Rooms are sparsely furnished with an eclectic mix of wooden chairs and undated portraits of royalty by unknown artists.

This is the oldest house in Glasgow which was built in 1471 and situated not far from the Cathedral. A lot of the furniture was donated by Sir William Burrell.
