It's hard to find a "cheap" afternoon tea in London - you'll be paying between £40 and £65. But in my experience the price ( usually) reflects the service and quality. The pretty pink room is a quirky and artsy 18th-century, 220 years old townhouse tearoom nestled in the Mayfair District.
