Géranium vivace Anne Thomson

Geranium 'Anne Thomson' is a hybrid of Geranium procurrens and Geranium psilostemon. This deciduous spreading perennial grows in a creeping mound up to 8-12 in. tall (20-30 cm), spreads up to 2-3 ft. (60-90 cm), and requires very little maintenance! Won the prestigious Award of Garden Merit of the Royal Horticultural Society.

Due to its former parent though, it should be noted that Anne Thomson is somewhat more tender than other Geraniums, so some form of protection during periods of cold, wet weather, may be wise to prevent the loss of the plant.
