add chicken mixture into your slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours depending on your timing. use a meat thermometer to confirm when chicken is fully cooked. This meal was a grand total of about $5, and it fed four people and I have a little bowl of leftovers. I prepared my vegetables earlier in the day and allowed the carrots and peppers to air dry well before oiling and seasoning them. I added a couple potatoes right before cooking, since they turn brown if left out in the air for hours.
