Visitors can access Luquillo Beach and Balneario Monserrate any time of day, but the restrooms, lifeguards, main parking lot, and some other facilities are only available from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday in the low season months of September through April and daily from 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. in the summer months of May through August.
