Wir nehmen uns heute den Leon FR mit dem Top-Nicht-Cupra-Benziner und 180 PS vor. Schick war die aktuelle Leon-Generation ja schon immer, da besteht auch ein paar Jahre nach der Markteinführung kein Zweifel. Für das Facelift musste also nur hier und da etwas nachgeschärft und aufgefrischt werden.

Hier nehmen sich Leon, Golf und Scala kaum etwas, bei allen Modellen gibt es zwischen 97 und 98 Zentimeter Raum. Der Leon ist vorne im Innenraum 1,45 Meter breit, hinten sind es 1,43 Meter. Hier punktet der Golf wieder etwas, denn da sind vorne ein paar Zentimeter mehr drin, was zu einem minimal besseren Platzangebot der Ellenbogen führt.
