AVOCADO Schoko Mousse REBEL IN A NEW DRESS

Hello, dear food lovers. It's July, the World's avocado month! Woohoo! For this occasion, I made an avocado-choco mousse. This amazing dessert is easy to make, incredibly rich in flavour, creamy and very healthy.

In a food processor, add the avocados, melted chocolate, and the rest of the ingredients (cacao powder, milk, medjool date, vanilla extract, and salt). Blend until completely smooth and creamy with no avocado or date pieces remaining. For a more pudding-like consistency, add more milk.*. Serve immediately or chilled with fresh fruit.

Taste, and adjust the sweetness by adding a little more maple syrup, if required. It can be eaten immediately, but is best when chilled in the fridge for 30 minutes.
