Once all the components were ready - I put the pasta in a large bowl, poured the sauce on top, threw the chicken on as well and stirred the whole thing until it was well mixed and the pasta was coated with the sauce. If you want it to be more "saucey" - leave out about 1/4 of the cooked noodles (I save the plain noodles for my picky child anyway).

Ingredients: 5 oz Alfredo Sauce Dry Mix (like the Knorr kind) 1 cup Heavy Cream 1 cup Low Fat Milk 1 cup Water 2 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 oz Sun Dried Tomato Crumbles (reconstituted) 3 oz Pesto Sauce (prepared sauce) 1 lb Dry Cavatappi Pasta. 1 lb Grilled Chicken Breast (sliced)

Fill a large pot halfway full with water. Bring to a boil and generously season with salt. Add pasta, and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain; set aside. While pasta cooks, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste; add to hot skillet.

Heat sauce to a boil them let simmer, whisking occasionally. The sauce will thicken up as it cooks. Cook pasta until al dante. Drain well, the pasta is all twirly so shake the colander a few times to get all the water out. Return drained pasta into pot. Add sauce and chicken to pasta and mix well. Top with sun dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
