I ordered the Cedar Plank Redfish and my cousin ordered the Crabmeat au Gratin and they were both amazing! The Redfish was a pretty good size and had a lot of crabmeat on top of it. It was seasoned perfectly and it had just the right amount of pesto, tomatoes and balsamic syrup. The potatoes were also seasoned well and were roasted perfectly.
