I have used Hersey special dark chocolate bars w/almonds to keep cholesterol down for long time but Herseys recently changed their size. Used to get the amount designated for control of cholesterol in one square at 100 calories -now you have to guess at what you eat. Don't see any other product on market like Hersey's used to be! Such a shame.
