The D'oro is a fortified port-style wine created with a blend of Marechal Foch and Leon Millot from our farm, married with the pressing off of the green walnuts from their macerating partner, artisanal B.C. Brandy. NV Pinot NoiX. This dry fortified apéritif is created with our best Pinot Noir cold soaked in our Vista D'oro green walnuts.
