Mount Cheam is one of Chilliwack's most incredible hikes. If you could easily hike without the need to off-road here, this trail would be crowded with people daily! It might be a blessing that it takes a little more to get there - about an hour of white-knuckling up a treacherous mountain road.

When the clouds are clear, or low, the views from the top are insane and you might even be lucky enough to get a cloud inversion!. Directions to Mount Cheam Trailhead. The Cheam Peak trailhead is located 50km, or about an hour and fifteen minutes from downtown Chilliwack. From Hwy 1 follow Vedder Rd all the way down until you arrive at the roundabout before the Vedder river bridge.
