For most VELUX models, replacement glass is available and can be easily installed if you need. "Fresh Air" Skylights manufactured after April 1996 will need to have the entire operating sash replaced. To order a replacement glass, contact customer service at 800-888-3589 from Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 8pm EST and Saturday from 9am to 5pm EST.
