Just like everyone said Delete VideoDetection.dll from the installation folder in order to launch the game. Run Regedit, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Activision\ASM and look for Display set your width and length according to your desktop resolution. You're lucky - you only seem to have it when swinging around. I have it everywhere - a lag here, a stutter there, every couple of seconds, especially outdoors whether running around or swinging.
