The Moonsoon restaurant and bar in Sapporo, Japan, dismantled and forgotten - until now - was one of them. Walking into the small exhibition room nestled deep in the brick-walled maze of the Bowling Green Estate, I was initially underwhelmed by the minimal exhibit, with its salvaged and reproduced items provided by the Zaha Hadid Foundation.
