Backstory [ edit] Harvey is a member of the various Raider factions found inside Nuka World. His job is to pretend to be injured and lure people who find him into venturing into Nuka World. He will tell people that Raiders have his wife and child. Specifically that Nuka World was supposedly a safe settlement for folks to settle at.
