The Fish Shack Ibiza is the best kept secret of Ibiza - probably because it's quiet hard to find. It is situated close to hotspots Sa Punta and Patch Work, but still a bit further in between the rocks. Forty odd plastic chairs are planted in the middle of the rock at the Fish Shack. A simple shack (looks like a chiringuito concession) on the rocks, the Fish Shack serves some of the finest - if not the finest - fish around. UJ fave is the dorada, although sea bass is a close second and everything else - grilled squid, prawns - is good. Don't leave without having dessert and a café de caleta (coffee with liquor).

Hours: M-Thurs: 10:30 AM - 8 PM, F: 10:30 AM - 9 PM, Sat - Sun: 10AM - 8:30 PM. After finding parking in their lot, you make your way to either the straight seafood outdoor area or the inside seating. The inside seating has more options but is busier.
