Aslain's WoWS Modpack contains quite a few graphic mods. Complement it with SweetFX 2.0 and you have quite a visual upgrade for a DX9 game. I have my own custom sweetfx setting for the game that clears things up and removes quite a lot of the blue tinge that is on everything.
