Chernobyl is an HBO miniseries depicting the events of the Chernobyl nuclear plant disaster and its aftermath. Con O'Neill plays Viktor Bryukhanov, the manager of the plant, and the man who was responsible for first building the structure. He was ultimately charged with violating safety regulations, under-reporting radiation levels, and other offenses, and received ten years at a penal colony.
