This series of falls (chutes) is about 3/4 a mile off the road. There are between 300 and 350 fairly steep stairs if you go all the way to the bottom but the views of the various falls are beautiful. Nestled in a heavily forested area, the trail follows the scenic path of the Jean Larose River before it plunges an awe-inspiring 60 meters into the Saint Anne River Canyon.

Jean Larose Falls is a spectacular wild waterfall. The Jean Larose River plummets 60 meters in three steps into the canyon of the Saint Anne River. The upper most drop is about 10 meters, followed by a 15 meter plunge, with the final drop an impressive 34 meters. Reaching the falls is relatively easy.
