Instructions. In a skillet, or saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter. Then add the dried orzo pasta, and mix well to coat the orzo in the butter. Stir continuously, and sauté until the orzo is lightly golden brown, about 3 - 4 minutes. Then stir in the broth and salt, and bring to a low boil.
