I drew the logo on the cookies with an edible food marker, and then went over that with royal icing. The baseballs themselves were easy. I used the same cookie cutter I had cut the dough out with the mark where I wanted the stitching on the ball to be. I traced over that line with red icing and then used a "v" shape to make the stitches.
